FAQS

DELIVERY

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Please allow 48 hours and we’ll e mail you to let you know your orders been sent.

We will e mail you with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You will then be able to track your delivery through the link provided.

The tracking details provided will give you an estimated delvery date of when to expect your order.

Please allow 2-3 dats for your order to reach you in the UK and 7-10 days for international orders. If your order does not arrive by this date – please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

RETURNS / REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order by contacting us – stating your order number and reason for returning and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return your garment. All returns must be sent back by tracked delivery as we cannot be held liable for returns sent back by standard first or second class post.

We will e mail you to let you know we have received your return once the return payment has been processed.

It depends on the brand and product type – please refer to our returns, refunds and exchanged policy or contact us before placing your order if you are unsure as we are not always able to exchange items if they are one of a kind, hand made. Please also note made to order pieces are non refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into it for you.

UK delivery is free over £50. For orders under £50 in the UK and international orders of any amount – you will not be refunded the delivery charge.

ORDERS

If you change your mind and need to cancel your order you may be able to cancel if we receive notification before shipping is arranged or the item has been sent out. After an item has been shipped it is no longer posisble to cancel it. Please get in touch by contacting us as soon as possible if you change you’re mind.

If you change your mind and need to amend your order you may be able to if you have notified us before we have sent it out. In this instance we will cancel the order and refund you so a new order can be placed. Unfortunately after an item has been shipped it is no longer possible to cancel it. Please get in touch by contacting us as soon as possible if you change you’re mind and we will do our best to help you.

Our care instructions are always included on each product page and all new made to order and limited edition pieces will have care labels in the garment side seam. Some of our hand made and archive pieces will not always include a care label as they are one of a kind so please refer to the care instructions on the product page, refer to our garment care page or  contact us if you have any questions.

If you would like to send a piece as a gift please input their address into the delivery information and contact us to confirm that you would like the item gift wrapped and we will arrange. Please allow 48 hours for the item to be sent as a gift.

We do not currently offer gift cards. If you sign up for latest news and offers, we’ll let you know when we do.

 

PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

Just click on the product/s you would like to buy and follow the instructions from there. You can also view your basket to make your purchase by clicking on the icon on the top right hand corner, or following the BASKET link at the bottom of of the page.

We do not currently offer bundle discounts.

You can pay for your order through using major credit cards through STRIPE or by PAY PAL

We do not currently offer gift cards, but we can arrange a purchase to be gift wrapped and sent out for you free of charge.

Please sign up to hear about any latest news and offers. We do not currently offer student discount.

Difference in prices will not be refunded.

At the moment we can accept pound Sterling, US dollars, EU euros, Chinese Yuen and Australian dollars.

Please refer to our privacy policy and cookie policy. We have a registered SSL certificate so you can shop safely and securely, and we are registered with the ICO.

You can only use one promo code at a time.

You will be sent an order confirmation and receipt for your order which will show VAT.

Please try again with a different card or contact us so we can look into the issue for you.

We are SSL certified, and all transactions go through STRIPE or PAYPAL and we have additional security software in place to protect your details and we do not store credit card information. 

Sales tax is VAT which stands for value added tax.
