DELIVERY
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Please allow 72 hours and we’ll e mail you to let you know your orders been sent
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will e mail you with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You will then be able to track your delivery through the link provided.
HOW DO I CHECK THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF MY ORDER?
The tracking details provided will give you an estimated delvery date of when to expect your order
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
Please allow 2-3 dats for your order to reach you in the UK and 7-10 days for international orders. If your order does not arrive by this date – please CONTACT US we will do our best to help you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
We will e mail you to let you know we have received your return once the return payment has been processed.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE RATHER THAN A REFUND?
It depends on the brand and product type – please refer to our RETURNS POLICY or CONTACT US before placing your order if you are unsure as we are not always able to exchange items if they are one of a kind, hand made. Please also note made to order pieces are non refundable and not eligible for exchange.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY REFUND IS INCORRECT?
Please CONTACT US as soon as possible and we will look into it for you.
DO YOU REFUND DELIVERY CHARGES IF I RETURN SOMETHING?
UK delivery is free over £50. For orders under £50 in the UK and international orders of any amount – you will not be refunded the delivery charge.

ORDERS
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
If you change your mind and need to cancel your order you may be able to cancel if we receive notification before shipping is arranged or the item has been sent out. After an item has been shipped it is no longer posisble to cancel it. Please get in touch by contacting us as soon as possible if you change you’re mind.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
If you change your mind and need to amend your order you may be able to if you have notified us before we have sent it out. In this instance we will cancel the order and refund you so a new order can be placed. Unfortunately after an item has been shipped it is no longer possible to cancel it. Please get in touch by CONTACTING US soon as possible if you change you’re mind and we will do our best to help you.

Our care instructions are always included on each product page and all new made to order and limited edition pieces will have care labels in the garment side seam. Some of our hand made and archive pieces will not always include a care label as they are one of a kind so please refer to the care instructions on the product page, refer to our GARMENT CARE page or CONTACT US if you have any questions.
SOME OF OUR PIECES ARE HAND MADE OR MADE FROM ARCHIVE COLLECTIONS. THEY MAY NOT CONTAIN A CARE LABEL.

WASH INFO
SILK
DRY CLEAN ONLY / COOL IRON / DO NOT WASH / DO NOT TUMBLE DRY /DO NOT BLEACH
Our silk fabric may have natural pulls and slubs woven into them due to the delicate nature of the fabric.
We recommend handing silk carefully, taking extra care when wearing and hanging on a snag free hanger.
30 ° WASH / WASH INSIDE OUT / IRON ON REVERSE / DO NOT TUMBLE DRY / DO NOT BLEACH
Foil print T shirts must be treated with care.
We recommend washing in a laundry bag inside out to preserve the print and prevent transfer of foil.
Foil may fade over time and will soften after the first few washes.
Hand printed pieces may have small areas of print transfer on other areas of the garment.
DYED
40 ° WASH* / WASH INSIDE OUT / IRON ON REVERSE / DO NOT TUMBLE DRY / DO NOT BLEACH
All hand dyed pieces are produced using the best non toxic environmentally safe dyes.
* Some hand dyed pieces are silk – please refer to specific product wash instructions or contact us with any questions
DENIM
30° WASH / COOL IRON / DO NOT BLEACH / DO NOT TUMBLE DRY / DO NOT BLEACH
We recommend washing leather trimmed denim inside out to preserve the quality. The leathers subject to wear and cracking after time, just like a pair of shoes or a bag.
Denim colour may transfer to other light fabrics/ upholstery.
CAN I HAVE ITEMS SENT TO SOMEONE AS A GIFT?
If you would like to send a piece as a gift please input their address into the delivery information and CONTACT US to confirm that you would like the item gifted with your messahe and we will wrap it with a hand written note card and post to your recipients address. Please allow 72 hours for the item to be sent as a gift.
